back from another SL camp. and hey! this time, didnt fall sick. although the first day was like after cca and was running in the rain so.. yeah.

but i must say, the camp was pretty well run. objectives were clearly stated. i had nothing in particular i wanted to learn over the course. but what i have now, at the end of it, is but the raw materials and pointers. so i guess to ultimately far far better develop myself as a leader. and i know that i have the power within to use these tools and fulfil my goals.

basically it was lots of team building. something else very important was how to compose a kickass team with the people you have and their different personalities. now there is an understanding as to why certain combinations can gel together working and striving for excellence. (pffft. spelling error earlier.)

so thanks to my facils eugene and suat for guiding us through and giving us your valuable input.
